Below are some rules and guideline for listing your domain name for sale on DNZap.com. Please refer to our Getting Started and Terms of Service pages for additional information.
Domain Posting Rules & Guidelines
- No domain may be sold for less than $10.
Please set your starting bid or reserve price to at least $10 USD or more. If you set your starting bid to less than $10, then you must have a reserve price of at least $10, so that the domain would not sell for anything less than $10. If you attempt to offer your domain for less than $10, we will make the necessary adjustments to your listing during our manual review process.
- The title of your listing may only contain the domain name itself.
Your title may be all lowercase characters, all CAPS, or a combination of thereof. For example, mydomain.com, MYDOMAIN.COM, and MyDomain.com are all acceptable titles. The title “BUY MYDOMAIN.COM NOW — LOW RESERVE!!!” is unacceptable as it contains more than the domain name.
- All listings will be manually reviewed by DNZap.com.
We will send an email with a Unique ID to the domain owner’s contact email address listed in the domain’s Whois record. You must reply to the email to verify that you are the owner of the domain. If your Whois domain contact information is set to private, you can verify ownership by forwarding your domain to the URL of your listing, which will be emailed to you list it for sale.
- Graphics are strongly recommended.
We strongly recommend uploading at least one image to your listing. The image will appear as a thumbnail for your listing. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. A logo or photo bearing your domain name can make it appear more meaningful and help attract more potential buyers.
- No racist, hateful, excessively obscene or offensive domains.
This is a bit subjective, but we reserve the right to reject any listing for any reason, including domains deemed inappropriate in our marketplace.
